How can I return or exchange an item?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-4 working days after which our logistic partners will be liable for the delivery.

Shipping for out of stock/made to order products would be longer and we will intimate you on the same as per your order request.

Delivery times are subject to our logistic partners, location and distance.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be amended within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, no cancellations shall be entertained.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Can I track my order?

Once, your order is placed, a confirmation of your order with tracking details will be sent to you via email. Shall you require any more assistance, please get in touch with us on info.mglasstore@gmail.com with your order details and request.

We partner with the best logistic companies for shipping and in the case your address is in a location not serviceable by our logistic partners, we’ll be happy to work out alternative solutions. Please write to us on support@artisanlab.in with your order details and request.

TAXES & PAYMENTS

Our prices are exclusive of GST for Indian buyers only and the buyer is responsible for any extra taxes and duties levied by the local authorities.

All major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking Portals & Wallets are accepted.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. 'if out, leave with neighbour' or 'round back of house' etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.

Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure that the package/ goods will remain safe as neither Gunsberg nor the courier company will accept liability for the loss of goods in this case.

Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.
